Each Pokemon Product has its own individual price and that varies from product to product. I have some basic items that you can find in most retail stores so you can see how quickly the money can add up when you are buying some Pokemon Products. This brings up a good point as to why scalpers do what they do. They will go to stores and purchase nearly every single Pokemon Card product that is on the stores shelf and make their own website to sell each product at a 1.5x to 3x markup of its original price. You can see how they can make a lot of money off of buying and reselling products and most people dont like that.
Some of the most expensive pokemon products include Booster boxes which have 36 packs of cards in them. This is probably one of the most sought after products for any set since you can pull many cards out of these boxes and they are usually at a discounted price compared to if you buy 36 packs seperatly. Another expensive product that is less sought after but still cool is their Pokemon TCG Classic Box. This box is more for people who play the game as it features a nice play mat and very nice deck boxes that hold peoples customized decks to battle people. You wont see this box in stores too much since it has a price of $400 but it is still very cool to see.
Overall most Pokemon products arent terribly expensive but some can fetch a insane price when it comes to rarity. As said before booster boxes are one of the more sought after products when it comes to Pokemon products and the original booster boxes can fetch a huge price. To be exact it can cost at least $166,000, and you would be surprised how many people buy them. Other products that cost a lot are mainly the original Pokemon products from all the way back in 1996 mainly.
